Our spacious, bright and sunny accommodation is the perfect choice for outdoorsy and families with babies, young children and pets. We have a great range of accommodation to suit all needs. Opt for an outdoor luxury glamping site surrounded by fields of horses or enjoy the comforts of a house which boasts a large fully equipped kitchen and a spacious and comfortable lounge with a fireplace. Both are within easy reach of easy walking trails, parks, cafés, and restaurants.
Our family-friendly accommodations are immaculately clean, pleasantly furnished and fully equipped with all the welcoming comforts of a home-away-from-home and with the added reassurance that we are on hand if you need us.
Spend the nights with campfires just right outside the luxury yurts or indulge on the comforts of our fully equipped guesthouse and luxury homes. Your pets would surely enjoy the trails and the little guests will find plenty of children’s books, games and toys for cloudy days indoors.

UK – Breaks’ accommodation are situated at the most scenic views in the Peak and Lake District.
Just a short drive to local family-friendly safe beaches, easy and fun walking and cycling routes, children’s parks and attractions.
You’ll find everything you need to enjoy a fantastic holiday in the nearby towns of your chosen stay: local stores, food market and a selection of restaurants, coffee shops, cafes and bars.

Your payment option will be collected upon reservation to secure your booking and dates.
The balance is due 7 days before arrival or immediately when booking within 7 days of arrival.
At the time of booking, we ask our guests for a security deposit of £100-£300. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved a day or two before you arrive and then released after departure on return of the keys and if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do.
We currently operate a Covid-Cancellation Policy. If you are unable to travel due to Covid restrictions we will give you the opportunity to book a date in the future or we will cancel your booking and refund the full amount.

We can sometimes be flexible on arrival and departure dates and times. If you are unable to select the dates you would like in the calendar please contact us.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM Please advise your requirements at the time of booking and we will confirm if it’s possible to accommodate an earlier check-in or a later check-out.
If you would like us to arrange a taxi to take you to the station or airport on your departure, please let us know in advance.
